A message from the Chief Executive

“I have the privilege of leading a remarkable team of over 3,500 dedicated people who each care deeply about providing great care and making a difference to the communities they serve. Each year we make over 800,000 patient contacts - I am always incredibly proud of the compassion and empathy our staff show for the people who use our services, and the dedication they demonstrate to their team and role.

This is an organisation where our values are at the heart of everything we do, guiding the way we work together and care for people. It is an organisation which is recognised for a strong improvement culture, with learning at its core, and where care is centred around the individual. We are proud to be an organisation which is very focussed on our people.

We have a real commitment to building a happy and engaged workforce, and a working environment in which people feel happy and motivated to deliver. We support people to be at their best, offering them with opportunities to learn and develop and helping them on their chosen career path.

I hope you will enjoy reading about everything we offer and I look forward to welcoming you to Solent."
