Your wellbeing

Our Occupational Health Team, which includes an occupational therapist and physiotherapist, offer a wide ranging and proactive service to our people.

We also have passionate health and wellbeing champions and our OWLES group who work together to promote a culture of positive mental wellbeing.

For people who are looking to kick start their career, or re-train in something new, we offer both clinical and non-clinical paid apprenticeships.

An apprenticeship offers a great alternative to A-levels or university. Our teams will give you the continuous support you need to complete your apprenticeship which will often lead to permanent employment with us.

Apprenticeships mix on-the-job training with classroom learning. An apprenticeship will provide you with the skills you need and will lead to a nationally recognised qualification. By undertaking an apprenticeship with us, alongside the knowledge from studying, you will develop practical skills and gain hands-on experience.

You can choose from a variety of different areas to work in, including:

Temporary / Bank staff

The people who join our Bank Staffing Service are vital to the delivery of great care. They are talented people who work on an ad-hoc basis, providing expert, temporary support within our clinical and corporate services.

By joining the Bank Staffing Service you can choose when and where you work, giving you freedom and flexibility. Whether you are studying, looking for work to fit around your commitments, or wanting to gain further experience, the flexibility is yours to own.
